1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving IV therapy services from Infusions by BOSS ("we," "us," or "our"), trading as Mobile IV Drip Brisbane, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
We provide mobile IV therapy services across the Brisbane metropolitan area. All treatments are administered by qualified, AHPRA-registered nurses. IV therapy is a wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Health Assessment & Eligibility
A health assessment is conducted prior to each treatment. You must provide accurate and complete health information including medical history, allergies, current medications, and any existing health conditions. We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in the professional judgement of our registered nurses, it is not appropriate for your health and safety.
4. Informed Consent
Before any treatment, you will be required to provide informed consent. Our nurse will explain the treatment, potential benefits, risks, and side effects. You have the right to ask questions and to withdraw consent at any time during the treatment.
5. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment methods as displayed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.
7. Service Location Requirements
As a mobile service, treatments are conducted at your chosen location (home, office, hotel, or event). You must provide a clean, well-lit, and comfortable space suitable for treatment. We require adequate parking access near the treatment location.
8. Risks & Disclaimer
While IV therapy is generally well-tolerated, there are inherent risks associated with any IV treatment, including but not limited to bruising, discomfort at the injection site, infection, allergic reaction, or vein inflammation. Results may vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. IV therapy should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Infusions by BOSS and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
